Black Bear Hunts: Spring and Fall Seasons
Join us from May 1st to June 15th for the spring hunt or August 15th to October 31st for the fall hunt, and experience the thrill of bear hunting in Northwestern Ontario. Our color phase bears, while rare, are a unique opportunity for any hunter. Choose from tree stands or ground blinds, with firearm or archery, for your preferred hunting style.
- Non-residents can book a package for $1,500 USD, which includes 7 nights of accommodation, 6 days of hunting, an outfitter tag, and two baited hunting sites.
- Residents can utilize our baited sites at $700 CDN, excluding tags.
Hunting Success at The Silver Dollar
Moose Hunts: In the Heart of Prime Territories
The Silver Dollar is ideally located in WMU 15a, with easy access to Units 5 and 16a. Clear cuts and logging roads provide excellent moose hunting grounds. The MNR sets the annual hunting season dates; We are issued a limited number of tags by the MNR, which are available to resident and non-resident hunters. Costs range from $3,500 USD for an Adult Bull moose tag to $500 USD for a Calf tag. Accommodations for resident hunters with their own tags start at $360 per hunter for a 7-night stay.
Guided Wolf Hunts in Northern Ontario

Fall Grouse Hunting
Starting September 15th, dive into the exceptional grouse hunting season as Northern Ontario showcases the spectacular transition into fall. No special outfitter tags are required here—both non-residents and residents simply need a small games license.
